At Velorix Center, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer digital products (software license keys), and while such items are generally non-returnable, we provide a flexible refund and replacement policy to ensure you always receive a valid and working product.

🔁 Return Policy

Since we deal with digital software licenses, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, if you encounter any issue with the product you received (such as activation failure or an incorrect license suite), please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

💸 Refund Policy

We offer full or partial refunds in the following verified cases:

  • Invalid or non-working license key (after diagnostic troubleshooting with our support helpdesk).

  • Duplicate order made accidentally by mistake.

  • Product delivered does not match the product description on our website.

  • Key not received within 24 hours (and you do not wish to wait any longer for delivery).

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our billing team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🔄 Replacement Policy

If your product key fails to activate or encounters system-level errors during configuration, we will first attempt to resolve the issue directly or issue you a brand new replacement key at no extra cost.
